It was an unpredictable day for a drive. The weather was foggy and storms were in the forecast but sometimes that's the best time to catch the ever changing clouds, mist and rain. This barn is near Pomeroy, Iowa and I've always wanted to capture the memory and beauty. Today was the day that the old barn looked new after the fresh rain. The grass looked greener and the mist and fog was rolling away with the clouds. The sky was hinting signs of blue and most of all was a surprise in the sky right on the edge of the clouds. It looked like a sun dog or was it just a miniature rainbow? Either way the scene was beautiful.
