On this beautiful winter day it was exciting to see so the trumpeter swans swimming at Beemer's Pond. After checking the pond the last several weeks, this was the first day of 2020 that I have seen them. So many people look forward to welcoming the swans back every year. The pond is about eight acres and is well known for trumpeter swans that migrate through Iowa. They are so beautiful and a joy to watch!
