This empty grain silo and void of any markings, other than the historical paint that says Ft Dodge grain terminal, is now wrapped in a three-dimensional painting by Australian, Guido van Helten. The mural is reportedly the tallest mural in Iowa, standing at one hundred and ten feet tall. Guido van Helten is a world-renowned painter and painted this mural in 2018. It is a very beautiful piece of art and gorgeous at sunset! The Fine Art America watermark will not appear on your purchase.
Thank you for visiting my Gallery! I love capturing special moments with my camera and sharing them with people. I was raised on a farm in Iowa and even though I live in town now, I'm still drawn to the open spaces in the country. Usually to relax and rejuvenate I will turn on the first gravel road I see when I drive out of town. Of course that changes all the time. I blow with the wind and if there isn't a wind I go where and when I feel the urge to turn. I do stop for barns, horses, old farm machinery or old trucks and cars.
