Some of my favorite photos I've taken are of the sun and clouds. When the sun peaks out around a cloud the star effect sometimes brings about a rainbow effect. I was working on an angel at the same time and thought maybe they would be beautiful together. This creation also reminds me of those loved ones we have lost and are now helping watch over us. Thank you for visiting my Gallery! I love capturing special moments with my camera and sharing them with people. I was raised on a farm in Iowa and even though I live in town now, I'm still drawn to the open spaces in the country. Usually to relax and rejuvenate I will turn on the first gravel road I see when I drive out of town. Of course that changes all the time. I blow with the wind and if there isn't a wind I go where and when I feel the urge to turn. I do stop for barns, horses, old farm machinery or old trucks and cars. I really enjoy chasing the light of sunrise or sunset! I just started birding in the last couple years and enjoy that as well.
