Artist's Description
While visiting Tennessee, we stopped to rest at water lily pond. It was so peaceful and serene. I spotted a great blue heron and was hoping I could get the bird in my photo, but he was at the opposite end of the pond and was busy enjoying his secluded spot. I rested on a bench beside the pond for a while still hoping and just enjoy God's nature. The Fine Art America watermark will not appear on your purchase.

Thank you for visiting my Gallery! I love capturing special moments with my camera and sharing them with people. I was raised on a farm in Iowa and even though I live in town now, I'm still drawn to the open spaces in the country. Usually to relax and rejuvenate I will turn on the first gravel road I see when I drive out of town. Of course that changes all the time. I blow with the wind and if there isn't a wind I go where and when I feel the urge to turn. I do stop for barns, horses, old farm machinery or old trucks and cars.
