A beautiful day, driving the back roads of Greene County. The beautiful lilies were growing in the ditch and the rain made them more saturated in their color. I would have liked to stop and see what type of vintage trucks they had, but there was no time today. Just enough time to stop on the edge of the road and take a photo. I love the moody weather! Thank you for visiting my Gallery! I love capturing special moments with my camera and sharing them with people. I was raised on a farm in Iowa and even though I live in town now, I'm still drawn to the open spaces in the country. Usually to relax and rejuvenate I will turn on the first gravel road I see when I drive out of town. Of course that changes all the time. I blow with the wind and if there isn't a wind I go where and when I feel the urge to turn. I do stop for barns, horses, old farm machinery or old trucks and cars. I really enjoy chasing the light of sunrise or sunset! I just started birding in the last couple years and enjoy that as well.
