Description
I have been dreaming about wild horses since I was young. Recently I was able to live my dream and visit the Black Hills Wild Horse Sanctuary. I am so very glad I went. So many memories to cherish forever! To see so many running free and roaming the mountains was breathtaking and amazing! The Fine Art America watermark will not appear on your purchase. Kathy - these are beautiful creatures. When I moved to Spark, Nevada I saw "wild horses" and they didn't look like these horses. It was pitiful, especially what humans can do to these awesome "God's Creation." Thank you for sharing this! By the way, I live in Southern Oregon now.
Kathy M Krause replied:
Thank you so much for your encouraging comments Marie! I appreciate your visit and hope you'll come back and look at some of my other horse photos and other fine art. The day I took these photos it was raining off and on, so I think that helped in the beautiful colors of the horses because it saturated the paints and all the horses colors. I did see a couple at the sanctuary that had just recently been rescued and they were just settling in and getting use to their surroundings. I was very glad our guide told us they also had rescue horses from not so good situations! I think I may need to go back again! I love Oregon Marie! I'm sure you're loving it too! So much to see
