Description
I haven't visited the Blank Park Zoo in years, so while I was in Des Moines, I stopped by the zoo to check it out. This little one was trying real hard to get someone's attention and maybe some treats as well. There was a small window like box in the wooden fence and whenever someone walked by, he would stick his head out and bah. He's so cute! Kathy, this is sooooooooooo adorable. f/l
Kathy M Krause replied:
I appreciate your wonderful comments and f/l Cindy! Thank you. This little kid kept going back to the window to try and attract attention and treats but the window was down lower on the fence, where he could stick his head trough. Most visitors were watching the llams walk around and extend their necks out over the fence for treats. I just had to feed little Billy, if nothing else but his endearing performance. Lol. Awesome day at the zoo for kids of all ages! :-)

Great detail! Loved reading your description. LF
Kathy M Krause replied:
Thank you so much Karen for your comments and LF! I could stay at a zoo all day and not get tired of it. I would much rather see them roaming free with a lot more space but some animals were rescued. Like a little screech owl that was blind. Blessings and Merry Christmas Karen! :-)
